This project was developed before CodeCode adopted its current AI-agent workflow. This case study presents the work completed at that stage of our journey.

The app organizes partners by city and category, explains benefit terms and lets members track recognized purchases and the monthly challenge.

The dashboard brings partner, location, benefit and member management together. The operations team can also configure content and monitor activity across the platform.

Confirm benefits
at the point of service.

A dedicated area of the dashboard lets partners look up benefits and validate redemptions. Each confirmation records who handled it and when.

03 / From purchase to progress

The receipt connects
physical and digital.

Submitting a purchase starts a processing flow that connects the tax receipt to the club’s rules.

  1. QR code or access keyThe member scans the code or enters the receipt’s access key in the app.
  2. Receipt lookup and product identificationThe backend retrieves the receipt and identifies Carunchão products using text-based rules.
  3. Challenge progress updateThe identified categories count toward progress. Benefit redemption takes the member’s level and the offer’s terms into account.
